Still, who are they kidding? Scotland has the deep fried Mars bar (Chocolate covered nougat and caramel for those outside the UK who don’t know Mars bars), and there’s a place just down the road from us that makes a mixed grill balti – two of every kind of meat product, curried. Very nice.
