First section created – Inspirations

Just made a first draft version of the Inspiration section of the site – just linking to the main articles that inspired the site so far. It’s not too long yet, so I’ll include the whole thing here…

First mention has to go to Hugh Macleod – his How to Be Creative posts (And soon, potentially, a book) were one of the main inspirations for this site. Go read it first, then you can come back here and continue. It’s ok – we’ll wait.

Everyone is born creative; everyone is given a box of crayons in kindergarten. Then when you hit puberty they take the crayons away and replace them with books on algebra etc. Being suddenly hit years later with the creative bug is just a wee voice telling you, "I’d like my crayons back, please."
