It was a foggy morning, but we decided to go for a walk anyway. The for turned out to be more fun that we'd expected for walking and photographing, and it made all the cobwebs stand out. The sun came out later, as we walked back along the side of the canal.

Each Slimming World group has its own Woman of the Year competition. If the winner of a group is within weight criteria, they go forward to the regional final. The regional final winners go on to the national finals. This was the regional final for the South West, held in Plymouth.
