These were the signposts for the Exeter Festival of South West Food & Drink 2014 – I think they’d just cleaned the ground through a stencil.

A sharp-ended arrow on the ground. In the market car park, in Tiverton.
The first arrow pointed in to a large dipped area that was hidden from the path. At the back of this area was another arrow – this one. The problem was, it didn’t point anywhere useful. It just pointed at a wall of rocks at the foot of the hill (well, almost a cliff face) […]
An arrow on the ground. I had no idea what it meant, and it wasn’t pointing where I was going. It pointed into a large dip in the ground, hidden away from the path. I followed the arrow.
