Home :: First Week Weigh-In

I’ve completed my first week on Slimming World and last night took a very nervous step onto the scales to see how I’d done.

Total loss for this week? 6 and a half lbs (or, if you prefer, 2.94kg). Yes! *punches air* Come on!

My aims for this week are to eat more free food, mix my days up a bit more, keep on with the activity and drink less alcohol – yes, Jack, I love you dearly but I think I shouldn’t spend so much time with you…

Still needing to get my head around a few things, but, all things considered, it’s going pretty well.
