I did it. I grated the courgette and the onion. I peeled and crushed the garlic. I added the herbs and the tomato puree and I mixed it with the lean minced beef.
And then I cooked. And I served them in ciabatta buns with potato wedges.
Apart from one slight mishap where my burger decided to pay a visit to the worktop before arriving at my plate, all was well. And with the addition of a few potato wedges cooked in the Actifry, this meal came in at a pretty reasonable 612 calories.
