We visited the Miniature Pony Centre on Dartmoor. Unsurprisingly, I took some photos.

It was fun – there were plenty of ponies, and while I’m not sure they all looked entirely delighted at being petted, they at least couldn’t be bothered to move away. Sometimes, that’s as much as you can hope for.

Entry isn’t cheap, but there are plentiful ponies, and I’d guess looking after them isn’t cheap either. There were quite a few children around (again, unsurprisingly) but they were all too fascinated by ponies to be much of a distraction.
