We went to the Castle Hill Car Festival today, and it was a great day for photography. It might be a few days until many photos show up, though. I took just short of 900 shots.
I have a lot of processing to do.
I decided to take most of the photos with my old 1971 Asahi Takumar lens, switching to the Sony 55-210 for the Abarth stunt plane. I used a variable ND filter for a lot of shots, so I could use the widest aperture in bright sunlight. I’ve yet to see if that harmed the results, or covered up any of the special look the Takumar gives things.
