Landscape with Isograph

Landscape with Isograph, originally uploaded by pigpog s.

My first attempt at drawing with a Rotring Isograph. This picture is the result of an exercise from one of the many HowTo books I have around the house now.

The book in this case was “How To Draw Anything” by Mark Linley. Some reviewers on Amazon took objection to its simplistic tone, but if you’re like me and like simplistic tone, it’s a great book to get started with. And you can’t go wrong with the price – £1.99!

    Are they sheep?

  2. Sam says:

Yes, Scaramouche, they’re sheep. Not very well drawn sheep, I grant you. But sheep nonetheless.

I feel a sudden urge to play Bohemian Rhapsody.

  3. Scaramouche Fandango says:

    Really? I like the feet.

  4. Sam says:

I’m glad you do. Thanks for stopping by.
